We insist on
exceptional quality, value and service. We guarantee every item will give
you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a refund subject to a
25% re-stocking fee within 30 days of receipt with the
following stipulations:
- Absolutely NO RETURNS on
INSTALLED Fixtures!
- Cancellations after 24 Hours are subject to a
25% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS! Original shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case of
manufacturer's defects.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer. All manufactures defects and/or damages caused during
shipping must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery. No claims will be
accepted after 48 hours.
- All returns must be requested by an email and
must have an email confirmation from sales@buychandeliers.com before an
item is returned within 30 days from the date the item is received;
Otherwise, NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.
- All items must be in their original boxes,
packing materials and in re-sellable condition to ensure refund back to
your account. If damage occurs to a returned item during shipping due to
insufficient packing, a refund will not be issued.
- Absolutely NO RETURNS on
custom crafted chandeliers.
- This return/cancellation policy is
non-negotiable. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All sales are FINAL after 30
days.
